Personal Data We Collect
Audio, Transcripts, and AI-Derived Content
Some of our Apps process audio or speech. Depending on the feature, audio may be processed to:

- Generate transcripts
- Generate summaries, notes, highlights, or structured content
- Understand spoken instructions
- Determine the action or device referenced in a voice command
- Generate or return a corresponding remote-control instruction
- Provide other AI-powered functionality requested by the user
Processing may generate additional information derived from the original content, such as transcripts, interpreted intent, structured results, or device-control instructions.
We do not use user-submitted audio, transcripts, voice commands, or other content for advertising profiling or unrelated marketing purposes.

- Screenshots or attachments you choose to provide

Information We Collect Automatically
Device and Usage Information
We may collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Services, such as:
- Device type
- Device model
- Operating system and version
- App version
- Language or regional settings
- Feature usage
- Number or frequency of certain actions
- Timestamps
- Crash reports
- Error logs
- Performance information
- Technical request information
We do not intentionally collect information such as your IMEI or phone number unless specifically required for a feature and disclosed accordingly.
IP Address
Our servers and service providers may receive your IP address as part of ordinary network communication.
Where appropriate, IP addresses may be truncated, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise processed to reduce identifiability.
We do not use precise geolocation inferred from IP addresses for advertising profiling unless separately disclosed and legally permitted.
Analytics

These services may process technical identifiers, app instance identifiers, random identifiers, usage events, device information, and similar analytics data.
We use analytics to understand how our Apps operate, diagnose technical issues, measure feature performance, and improve the user experience.
We do not intentionally send the contents of your audio recordings, private documents, transcripts, summaries, or voice commands to analytics providers as analytics event data.
How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data only for legitimate and disclosed purposes related to operating and providing our Services.
Transcription, Note, and Summary Services
For Apps that provide transcription, note-taking, document-processing, or summary functionality, we may process audio, text, transcripts, files, documents, and related content to:
- Transcribe audio or speech
- Extract or process text
- Generate summaries
- Generate structured notes
- Identify key points, highlights, or action items
- Reorganize or transform content
- Generate other results requested by the user
The exact processing depends on the feature you choose to use.
AI Voice Command and Remote-Control Services
For Apps that provide AI-powered voice-command or remote-control functionality, we may process information such as:
- Audio containing your spoken command
- A transcript of your command
- Text entered as a command
- Interpreted intent
- The type of device referenced in the request
- Relevant device capabilities or control context
- Generated device-control instructions
We use this information to understand the action you requested and generate or return the corresponding remote-control instruction. Examples may include interpreting requests relating to supported televisions, speakers, lights, or other compatible devices.
Voice-command content is not used to create advertising profiles or for unrelated marketing purposes.
Providing and Maintaining the Services
We may process information to:
- Operate App functionality
- Deliver requested results
- Maintain service availability
- Authenticate users where applicable
- Synchronize data where cloud synchronization is offered
- Troubleshoot failures

We do not receive your full payment card information from Apple or Google.

AI Processing

- Natural-language understanding

Information submitted for AI processing may include user-provided content and limited technical or contextual information necessary to complete the requested task.

Depending on the feature, AI processing may involve:
- Audio
- Transcripts
- Text
- Uploaded documents or files
- User instructions
- Feature settings
- Language settings
- Relevant device type or device capability information
- AI-generated intermediate or final results
We limit the information provided for AI processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Purpose Limitation
Content submitted for AI-powered functionality is used to provide the feature requested by the user and related operational purposes. We do not use this content to:
- Build advertising profiles
- Sell personal information
- Send targeted marketing based on the contents of private audio or documents
- Make unrelated commercial use of private user content
We do not use user-submitted private content to train our own general-purpose AI models.
Third-party AI providers process information according to their applicable service terms, data-processing arrangements, and the instructions under which we use their services.
How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or legally operate the Services.
AI Service Providers
Some AI-powered features rely on third-party AI providers. Depending on the relevant App and feature, user-provided content may be transmitted to AI service providers such as OpenAI for processing. Information transmitted may include, where necessary:
- Audio
- Transcripts
- Text
- Documents
- User instructions
- Feature settings
- Relevant device context
- Information necessary to interpret a voice command
- Information necessary to generate an AI result or device-control instruction
AI providers process this information to perform tasks such as transcription, text analysis, summarization, natural-language understanding, intent interpretation, or generation of the result requested by the user.
We do not authorize AI service providers to use data submitted through our Services for independent advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
The specific provider and type of information involved may vary depending on the App, feature, technical configuration, and geographic availability.
Cloud Infrastructure Providers
We may use cloud infrastructure providers, including services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), to host, transmit, temporarily store, or process information necessary to operate the Services. Cloud providers process information on our behalf as infrastructure or service providers and are subject to applicable contractual and security obligations.
Analytics Providers
We may share limited usage and technical information with analytics providers such as:
- Google Analytics
- PostHog
These providers help us understand App performance, usage patterns, crashes, and technical issues.
We do not intentionally provide the private contents of user audio, documents, transcripts, notes, summaries, or voice commands to analytics providers for analytics purposes.
Advertising Providers
Certain free versions of our Apps may display advertising through providers such as Google AdMob. Depending on your device, region, privacy settings, consent status, and applicable law, advertising providers may process:
- Advertising identifiers
- IP address
- Device information
- Ad interactions
- General usage information
Where legally required, personalized advertising is provided only where the appropriate consent has been obtained. Where personalized advertising is unavailable or not permitted, contextual or non-personalized advertising may be used.
Private user content such as recordings, transcripts, documents, summaries, or voice-command content is not provided to advertisers for use in advertising profiles.
App Distribution and User Acquisition
We may use platforms such as:
- Apple Search Ads
- Google Ads
to promote our Apps and measure advertising performance. We generally receive campaign and attribution information used to understand how users discover our Apps.
Corporate Transactions
If our business or relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor receiving personal data will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law
- Respond to valid court orders or legal process
- Protect our rights or property
- Investigate fraud or security incidents

With Your Direction

Data Retention

Audio and Source Content
Audio and other source content submitted for cloud or AI processing may be processed temporarily while the requested operation is completed. Where our systems temporarily store such information for processing or delivery, we aim to delete it when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the relevant operation.
Where a specific App uses a defined short-term processing period, audio and transcripts may be retained for up to 24 hours for processing, delivery, recovery from temporary failures, or related operational purposes.
Some Apps may process certain content without retaining it on our servers after the operation is completed.
Transcripts
Transcripts may be processed temporarily to generate requested results such as summaries, notes, or voice-command interpretations. Whether a transcript remains available after processing depends on the relevant App and feature.
Where transcripts are stored only locally, they remain on your device until deleted by you or removed with the App's local data.
Notes, Summaries, and Generated Content
In Apps that store generated notes, summaries, or other results locally, that content may remain on your device until you delete it.
If an App provides optional cloud synchronization, cloud-synchronized content may remain associated with your account until it is deleted or the account is removed, subject to reasonable technical backup and legal retention periods.
Voice Commands and Device-Control Instructions
Voice-command audio, transcripts, interpreted intent, and generated remote-control instructions are processed only as necessary to provide the requested voice-control functionality and related operational purposes.
We do not retain such information longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable processing, security, troubleshooting, or legal purpose.
Analytics Data
Analytics and technical logs may be retained for a limited period, generally up to 6–12 months, after which they may be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Purchase Information
Purchase and subscription records may be retained for as long as necessary to:
- Maintain subscription entitlements
- Resolve transaction issues
- Meet accounting requirements
- Meet tax or audit obligations
- Comply with applicable law
Support Communications
Support emails and related communications may generally be retained for 6–12 months or for another reasonable period necessary to provide follow-up support, maintain records, or resolve disputes.
You may request deletion earlier where applicable, subject to legal or operational exceptions.
International Data Transfers
We are based in Singapore and may provide Services to users in multiple countries. As a result, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers maintain infrastructure. For example, certain cloud or AI processing may occur in the United States.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. These safeguards may include:

We process user-provided content only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and do not use the private contents of such information for unrelated advertising profiling.
Users should avoid including information that is unnecessary for the feature being used.

Certain free Apps may be supported by advertising. We may use advertising providers to:

We may receive aggregated or attribution-related campaign information from advertising platforms used to promote our Apps.

We process information necessary to provide features requested by you. This may include processing audio, transcripts, files, documents, text, AI requests, summaries, voice commands, or related data where necessary to deliver the relevant functionality.

Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and above unless otherwise stated for a specific App.
